Cross Country is in Full Effect

We hope you enjoy the photos of our Stars hitting the cross country trail and the track this year...

Now that it's starting to get cool again, our cross country program is starting to get hot. Please join us! We invite athletes who just discovered cross country through the Chatham County Schools's first ever middle school cross country season, or high school runners who want to get a shot at regional and national competition, or any kids 4th grade and older who know they love to run fast. We're gearing up for several upcoming state-level meets in November, the AAU District qualifying meet, and the AAU National Championships to be held in Charlotte on December 2. Our experienced USATF and AAU certified and coaches can help you keep building toward the next level -- we've coached all-Americans, several state champions, and several other runners competing in college. Best of all, we like to have have fun with our sport.

Beginning the week of Oct. 23, we'll be practicing on Mondays and Wednesdays at 5:30 pm, and adding a longer run on weekends, usually Sundays at 3:30 p.m.
